Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with municipal districts on the issues of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan. The videoconferencing meeting was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. Irek Sadykov, head of the department for the development of agricultural sectors, drew attention to the safety of the harvested grain, as well as to prepare seeds of winter crops for sowing for the 2024 harvest.
Gelyus Bayazitov reported in his report that since the beginning of 2022, the number of cattle in the republic has decreased by 21 thousand heads, or by 3%. In 19 municipal districts, the number of cows has been reduced. The greatest decrease is observed in Novosheshminsky, Alekseevsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Drozhzhanovsky districts.
“On behalf of Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, following the meeting of the board of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is necessary to ensure the stabilization and restoration of the cattle population to the level of January 1, 2022. Dear heads of departments and heads of agricultural formations, I ask you to take measures to restore the number of cows by the end of this year,” said Gelyus Bayazitov.
In the republic, 526 thousand heads of cattle or 83% of the total livestock are registered in the animal accounting program. Growth since the beginning of the year amounted to 17% or 75 thousand heads. In the Agryz, Tyulyachinsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Muslyumovsky and Sabinsky districts, 100% identification. More than 95% of the livestock is registered in Apastovsky, Alekseevsky, Bugulma and Kukmorsky districts.

As of August 3, there are 350 thousand tons of hay, 1 million 800 thousand tons of haylage. Annual grasses were harvested for 75%, 2nd mowing of perennial grasses - 33%.
The forage harvesting of the current year, due to weather conditions, has made its own adjustments to the volume and quality of the harvested fodder. Given the low yields of perennial grasses, it is necessary not only to pay special attention to the quantity, but also to the quality of the harvested feed. During the departure of specialists to the regions during the preparation of fodder, violations of the technology of laying and storing fodder are often observed.
Rafael Fattakhov said in his report that “To date, 2,432 combine harvesters have been used to the maximum. The analysis showed that the harvester fleet is used by 80%.
In the republic today more than 200 grain carriers provide services to agricultural producers for the transportation of grain. In parallel with harvesting, it is necessary to start autumn tillage. Today, 338 units are involved in plowing, 371 thousand hectares of land have been harvested, of which 63.5 thousand hectares have been processed. During cleaning work, special attention should be paid to labor protection and fire safety. The equipment must be in good working order and undergo a technical inspection in a timely manner.
Then Rustem Gainullov made a report, he said that at present, subsidizing agricultural consumer cooperatives under the national project remains in work in federal areas, where out of the provided 351.6 million rubles, 37 cooperatives received subsidies for 2 stages of selection.
“I remind you that now not only cooperatives can apply for subsidies, but also processors of products of other organizational and legal forms that buy open ground vegetables, potatoes, milk, meat (except for pig meat) in household plots,” said Rustem Gainulov.
At the end of the meeting, Lyalya Kudermetova spoke about the “Svoye Fermerstvo” site. In 2022, the number of suppliers of farm animals on the Svoye Farmerstvo marketplace increased by more than 10 times and reached 800 organizations across Russia.
The marketplace provides not only offers to buy the animals themselves from trusted suppliers, but also breeding reproducers that are included in the State breeding register. Today, over 400 such organizations are represented on the marketplace, carrying out activities in the breeding of various animals: from cattle to deer. Tribal loudspeakers account for more than 20% of product offers on the marketplace.
In addition to directly buying farm animals, farmers can cover all their needs in related product categories: for example, pick up feed, find a veterinarian or equipment. The digital showcase of services presents agricultural services to improve business efficiency and ways to connect them.
