Today, the traditional meeting with municipal districts on agro-industrial complex was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
It was also attended by First Deputy Minister Lenar Garipov, Deputy Ministers Dmitry Yashin, Marcel Makhmutov, Gelyus Bayazitov, Head of the Main Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Khisamutdinov, Head of the Department for the Development of Small Business Forms Alexander Molokin and, via videoconferencing, the heads of municipal districts, heads of agricultural departments.
Lenar Garipov reported on the safety of the cattle population in private household plots. He noted that the largest number of cows in personal subsidiary farms is in Baltasinsky, Arsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kukmorsky and Aktanyshsky districts.
“Earlier, the population of the village fed the animals with fodder and hay, which cost them 163 rubles per cow per day. At the same time, 17 kg of milk were milked. Then the same cows began to be fed with ready-made feed, which consists of hay, haylage, silage, concentrates and is mixed using a feed center. This feed is more expensive, but the productivity of cows increased by 9 kg and amounted to 26 kg per day. Thus, the proceeds from the sale of milk increased from 340 to 520 rubles per day,” said Lenar Garipov.
He called on the municipal districts to work on the creation of feed centers to solve the feed problem in household plots.
Head of the Main Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Khisamutdinov spoke about the identification of farm animals. He noted that from September 1 this year, labeling and accounting will become mandatory. In Tyulyachinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Baltasinsky, Bugulminsky, Muslyumovsky, Atninsky, Agryzsky districts, all livestock were identified. In Novosheshminsky, Spassky, Kaibitsky, Aznakaevsky, Cheremshansky and Mendeleevsky districts, less than half of the work has been completed.
“From August 1 of this year, we plan to start identifying small cattle, horses, pigs in private farms of citizens. In the future, the "National System for Accounting and Registration of Animals of the Republic of Tatarstan" will be integrated into the unified Federal State Information System "Horriot", he summed up.
Deputy Minister Marcel Makhmutov spoke about the work carried out within the framework of the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories".
“For the current year, the program provides for the construction (acquisition) of housing under rental contracts in 8 municipal districts for 24 families in the amount of 75.1 million rubles. 169 facilities in 37 municipal districts for the amount of 162 million rubles are envisaged for the improvement of rural areas,” the Deputy Minister reported.
