In Tatarstan, as part of the implementation of the program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories", the issuance of consumer loans for improvement for village residents continues. Thus, the Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank issued 35 million rubles under this program in 2023, which is 2 times more than a year earlier.
Clients prefer to direct funds for home (premises) repairs. About 90% of loans issued are for this purpose. The remaining funds were allocated for communications (purchase, installation of equipment for the installation of centralized or autonomous power supply, water supply, sanitation, heating, in gasified areas - gas supply).
In 2023, the bank updated the terms of a consumer loan for landscaping for village residents. In particular, its maximum amount for Tatarstan residents has been increased from 250 to 500 thousand rubles. In total, each rural resident of the republic can receive up to 1 million rubles for two purposes (repairing a house (premises) and conducting communications). In addition, now customers are given the opportunity to use part of the loan (up to 40% inclusive) to pay for equipment or building materials under sales contracts (without concluding a work contract).
Residents aged 23 to 65 who officially live in rural areas, towns or small towns with up to 30,000 people can receive a consumer loan for home improvement.
The minimum rate for all designated products in the RSHB is from 3.25%.
