Results of TatAgroExpo 2023

From March 6 to March 7, the 5th anniversary specialized agricultural exhibition of achievements of the TatAgroExpo was held on the territory of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.

This year, TatAgroExpo impressed participants and guests with its scope: the number of participants has almost doubled, and the declared area is one and a half times more than last year. For the first time, the exposition was presented in all three pavilions of the expo center, occupying over 35,000 m2. On this area, 371 companies from 38 regions of Russia and two countries (Belarus, Kyrgyzstan) demonstrated agricultural machinery, equipment and raw materials for efficient animal husbandry, crop production, products for processing, storing and packaging agricultural products and much more.

For two days TatAgroExpo was visited by 11,280 people from 38 regions and 10 foreign countries (Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Pakistan, Turkey, Hungary, France, Peru, USA, Mongolia).

The acquaintance of visitors with the exposition began with agricultural machinery. Domestic and imported equipment was presented here, among which many new products can be noted. Rusbiznesavto presented a number of new self-propelled loaders for the Russian market in the segment of specialized and agricultural machinery.

Significantly increased the number of participants in the direction of "Livestock". Last year Tatarstan overcame a milestone in terms of milk yield of 2 million tons, and the republic's farms are very interested in equipment and technologies for dairy and beef cattle breeding. In this direction, the guests of the exhibition were able to get acquainted with the equipment for fodder production and forage harvesting, the feed industry, grain storage, as well as genetics, feed and veterinary solutions, many of which are noted in the import substitution program. kits for the detection of diseases of agricultural animals, free analysis of feed could be done at the Agroglobus stand. The company Timofeev+ brought its novelty - an electro/hydraulic machine for processing cattle hooves.

Another part of the exhibition was dedicated to farms. So in the first pavilion, 50 farmers sold their products in the farmyard. Here you could find products for every taste of the highest quality: honey, teas, black caviar, sturgeon, bakery products, meat and dairy products, semi-finished products, cheeses and much more.

Traditionally, the exhibition was accompanied by an extensive business program. Over 30 round tables, discussions, and open microphones were devoted to the introduction of digital technologies in agriculture, certification of agricultural products, personnel, education and many others. One and a half thousand listeners attended these events at business sites in Kazan Expo, and 2,257 people joined the online broadcast on the exhibition website.

In connection with the opening at the exhibition of a new section "Food and processing
industry” most of the business meetings of the business program were focused on farmers and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, where farmers could learn how to become a supplier of restaurants, about the development of B2B and alternative sales channels, as well as about such a popular topic as a personal brand: business meeting "Farmers and HoReCa: how to become a supplier of products for restaurants" and an event of the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Kazan and the Republic of Tatarstan.

The central event of the business program was the expanded meeting of the final board of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of Rais of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. Rustam Minnikhanov's visit to the exhibition began with the congratulations of the employees of agricultural departments on the good results in the past year and the presentation of 43 cars of the domestic Lada brand to them, and continued with an official tour of the exposition.

TatAgroExpo 2023 has become a platform for an effective dialogue between agricultural producers, representatives of science, business and the state, the exchange of best practices and professional development of agricultural specialists, negotiations with potential partners and the search for new solutions.
