More than a thousand employees of AGROSILA completed internal training in 2023
In February 2023, traditionally, before the start of spring field work, AGROSILA conducts internal training courses for employees. It is organized at the enterprises of the holding, on the basis of the Sarmanovsky Agrarian College, which, as part of partnerships, provides educational premises and equipment, at the sites of partner enterprises. Courses are conducted both by internal specialists of AGROSILA in the areas, and specialists from educational institutions, invited experts from partner companies.
In total, from February to April 2023, about 1,500 AGROSILA employees will take internal courses. To date, 1,106 people have already been trained, including 636 machine operators, who have developed the skills to operate equipment. Courses were held in the areas "Livestock", "Crop production", personnel records management, fire safety and labor protection. In March, courses will begin at the Federal State Information System for the traceability of grain and grain processing products "Zerno" and the Federal State Information System for the traceability of pesticides and agrochemicals "Saturn".
In February, in Podolsk, 13 employees of AGROSILA, responsible for the operation of mortar-procurement units, worked out practical skills in launching and controlling the operation of the RZU, compiling a recipe and implementing it in accordance with the technology. In parallel, courses were held to ensure the safety of the environment and personnel when working with pesticides and agrochemicals. Recall that last year AGROSILA built 5 RZUs. Stationary complexes with professional control allow reducing the time for preparing solutions for plant protection and nutrition, making adjustments if necessary and eliminating errors when dosing fertilizers.
In addition, the plans for this year include external training for AGROSILA employees. Specialists will take part in seminars and webinars, conferences and trainings, will undergo advanced training at the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, the Statute School of Law, the Modern Economic Institute, 1C: Training Center No. 1 and other educational organizations.
It should be noted that the holding employs more than 7.5 thousand people, taking into account seasonal workers, this figure reaches 8.4 thousand.
