Today, the final meeting of the collegium of the Gostekhnadzor Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the results of the work of the Gostekhnadzor Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022 and tasks for 2023” was held.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Head of the Gostekhnadzor Department of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Burganov took part.
During the meeting, Albert Burganov, Head of the Department of Gostekhnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan, summed up the work in the main areas of activity and identified priority tasks for 2023.
“The current year has posed a large number of issues for the Office that we could not even think of at the beginning of the year. Despite all the difficulties, I think that the year ended with good results. New regulatory legal acts have been adopted, new approaches to the implementation of supervisory activities have been introduced. The department is an executive body of the Republic of Tatarstan, whose main tasks are to supervise the technical condition and operation of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment, attractions, as well as control over compliance with the rules for the technical operation of off-street transport and the rules for using off-street transport,” Albert Burganov reported.
For the reporting year 2022, 63,943 units of self-propelled vehicles and trailers were submitted for technical inspection and passed with the issuance of a certificate of passing a technical inspection, which is 66% of the number of all registered vehicles. In the agro-industrial complex, the technical inspection pass rate was 81% (against 78% in 2021).
The Department has developed a Digital Transformation Program for 2020-2024. The implementation of digital transformation in the Department is aimed at improving the quality, accessibility and efficiency of public services.

“About 18.5 thousand self-propelled agricultural machines are operated in the agricultural formations of the republic. About 62% of the fleet is operated beyond the depreciation period, the equipment is used for 8-10 years. During the commission acceptance of the readiness of equipment for field work, there is equipment that has passed the state technical inspection,” he said.
In 2022, 10 accidents with serious consequences occurred in the republic. Of these, 8 during the operation of equipment. Last year, 12 fires were recorded, the damage from the loss of equipment amounted to 31 million rubles.
In recent years, agricultural formations have been intensively updating their fleet of vehicles. More than 1,000 units of self-propelled vehicles and more than 2,000 trailers are purchased annually.
At the end of the meeting, Marat Zyabbarov and Albert Burganov presented well-deserved awards to employees of the Gostekhnadzor Department of the Republic of Tatarstan and awarded diplomas for achieving the best performance in 2022.
