Moscow hosted the 34th Congress of the Association of Peasant (Farm) Enterprises and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia (ACCOR). Delegates and participants from 70 regions of the country took part in its work, including the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, which included representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank, representatives and members of the Association of Farmers, Farmsteads and Agricultural Consumer cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of farms.
The focus was on increasing the role of farming in the development of the country's economy, the implementation of strategic tasks for food security and the integrated development of rural areas.
In his speech to the farming community, Boris Listov, Chairman of the Board of Rosselkhozbank, emphasized that last year the volume of agricultural production of farms increased by 20%. In some regions - for example, in Tatarstan and Bashkiria - farmers produce more than half of the agro-industrial complex. The leaders in terms of profitability are crop production and animal husbandry.
“In 2022, the bank increased the volume of lending to farmers. 78 billion rubles were issued under preferential programs alone, a quarter more than in 2021. Of these, farmers received 50 billion for seasonal work. This is one of the main and priority areas for the bank. In total, more than 108.5 billion rubles were allocated to support the small farms last year, which is 7% more than in the previous year. The number of borrower farmers has increased by a thousand.” — said Boris Listov.
Thanks to the constructive and trusting dialogue built at the ACCOR site, Rosselkhozbank adapts product solutions to the needs of customers.
The bank has simplified the lending procedure, now the borrower can get a loan with just three documents (questionnaire, passport, tax return). And an express loan for current needs, up to 5 million rubles, can be taken in one day.
In support of the community, a digital ecosystem was created, Svoe — a range of technological tools and services to improve the efficiency of farmers' businesses, increase their competitiveness and market their products. For those who want to live and work in agriculture, the educational project of the Russian Agricultural Bank "Farmer's School" is working. In Tatarstan, following the results of 3 waves of training, more than 100 people became graduates of the project.
Within the framework of the congress, for active participation in the development of products for farmers, Tatarstan farmers were awarded certificates from the Russian Agricultural Bank.
