For more than two years of its existence, the digital services of the Svoe ecosystem have become reliable companions for farmers throughout Russia. The most striking successes are demonstrated by the Tasty Friday and Svoe Rodnoe projects. Thus, in the course of off-site sales and product tasting events, which take place in various organizations called Delicious Friday, farmers achieve sales volumes comparable to several months in one day. And every tenth farmer uses the Svoyo Rodnoye marketplace as the only digital channel in the B2C segment to sell their products. At the same time, the developers of the marketplace regularly improve the service based on feedback from customers.
“The Svoye Rodnoye platform is free from the shortcomings inherent in the usual markets, its own websites, social networks or large retail services. For farmers, this is the most profitable way to demonstrate the product and find buyers. In the near future, we will implement the possibility of paying for orders via a direct link through a secure communication channel, which will reduce the cost of acquiring. We are also preparing to launch a convenient tool for uploading catalogs of farm products to the farms’ own telegram channels, which will allow them to use the usual way of communicating with buyers,” said Elena Baturova, director of the Center for the Development of Financial Technologies of Rosselkhozbank.
In addition, in the near future, Svoe Rodnoye will be integrated into the applications of residential complexes and major employers, which will significantly expand the audience of the marketplace.
