Field seminar for young trade union activists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food
Young trade union activists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the Sabinsky municipal district. The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the work of agricultural enterprises. The trip was organized by the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation.
The program of the field event includes a visit to the robotic farm of the peasant farm "Mukhametshin Z.Z", a modern production of goat's milk, a discussion of topical issues on the work of the youth council of the trade union organization.
“Today, this enterprise employs more than 60 people. Every day, 22 tons of milk are collected and handed over for production. The average salary of employees is about 55 thousand rubles. It has its own trade union organization,” Zufar Mukhametshin told about his farm
During the tour, he explained in detail to young professionals the principle of operation of a robotic farm and provided an economic justification for the choice of production methods. The children were able to see how the process of milking takes place with the help of robots, to assess how comfortable working conditions for workers are created in this farm.
The next enterprise visited by young trade union activists was a commercial dairy farm for the production of goat milk - Lukoz Saba LLC. “Cleanliness and tidiness are one of the key points in obtaining healthy goat milk with high taste properties,” explained the head of the enterprise, Razil Garipov.
To date, the company's livestock is 4 thousand goats. Modern equipment, comfortable conditions for keeping, and a high level of organization of production make it possible to obtain a good yield of products, which are then sent for processing to the Republic of Mari El.
As a token of gratitude for active interaction with the trade union, a warm welcome and assistance in organizing a high-level outdoor event, on behalf of the Tatarstan Republican organization of the Trade Union of Agroindustrial Workers of the Russian Federation, Chairman Farida Garifullina presented the heads of the Mukhametshin Z.Z. - Zufar Mukhametshin and LLC "Lukoz Saba" - Razil Garipov Letters of thanks.
“It is gratifying that in our republic there are such agricultural enterprises that can be called the flagships of the industry. Even more pleasing are the working conditions created here for workers and full understanding in joint activities with the trade union organization to implement agreements on social partnership issues,” said Farida Garifullina, summing up the results of the visit.
The final stage of the trip was a visit to the hippodrome "Sabantuy", where the guys could not only assess the conditions of keeping purebred animals, but also ride them.
