Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov made a working trip to the Agryz municipal district. Together with the Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin, he took part in a joint meeting of the Council of the Agryz Municipal District and the Council of the Municipal Formation "City of Agryz". Municipal deputies summed up the results of work in 2022, outlined plans for 2023, and also accepted the resignation of the head of the district, Azat Valeev, and elected a new leader. It was Lenar Nurgayanov, a native of the village of Tersi, Agryz district, who headed the Executive Committee of the Yelabuga district. The candidacy of Lenar Nurgayanov, proposed by the President of Tatarstan, was presented by the head of the parliament of the republic.
The reporting session of the district council was held in the district House of Culture. Azat Valev made a report. He outlined the main figures of socio-economic development, with which the Agryz region completed last year.
Thus, the gross territorial product, according to estimates, will amount to 8.4 billion rubles (or 101.2% compared to 2021), the volume of shipped products in January-November 2022 amounted to 3.8 billion rubles (129.3% to 2021 level). The average salary in the district at large and medium-sized enterprises increased by 11% and amounted to 39,891 rubles. The level of registered unemployment in the region as of January 1 this year was 0.27%.
“This is a “record-breaking minimum value” for the region in recent years. The number of self-employed people in the region increased by 36%,” Azat Valeev emphasized.
It is planned to build a logistics industrial park "Agerye". The project has already been approved by the Investment Council and included in the Investment Memorandum of the Republic of Tatarstan. The volume of investments will amount to 5.4 billion rubles, it is planned to create more than three hundred new jobs.
In addition, another new "growth point" has appeared in the region - tourism. A tourist cluster is being created in the village of Krasny Bor, a hotel is being built, the coastline is being improved, negotiations are underway with the leadership of the Association of Glampings of Russia.
According to the head of parliament, there are reserves for the development of the region, including in terms of agricultural production. There is a decrease in the number of cattle in the region, as Farid Mukhametshin stated with regret. This mainly happens in large agricultural enterprises, in small farms and farmers' indicators are more stable. At the same time, due to investments in the dairy herd, milk production has increased significantly, and the Agryz district has taken 29th place in terms of daily gross milk yield.
“Very hardworking people live in the Agryz region,” Farid Mukhametshin emphasized, “I think, using this advantage, with the support of the republic’s leadership and the initiative work of the Agryz people, the situation will be corrected.” The head of parliament wished that the coming year 2023 be fruitful in all areas.
