Livestock breeding results for 11 months of 2022 summed up in Vysokogorsky district
In the head breeding enterprise "Elite" of the Vysokogorsky district, the results of the livestock industry for 11 months of 2022 were summed up. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, General Director of JSC State Enterprise "Elita" Fannur Zaripov, Head of the Department for the Development of Livestock Industries Siren Nigmatzyanov, Head of the Department of Breeding and Animal Reproduction Gelyus Bayazitov, consultants on animal husbandry and selection and breeding services of municipal districts of the Ministry of Agriculture and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the department for the development of livestock industries Siren Nigmatzyanov presented the results of the livestock industry for 11 months of this year. In his speech, he focused on the issues of milk and meat production, the number of cattle, as well as the analysis of the work of farms.
Today, the number of cattle on the territory of the republic, excluding household plots, is 636.3 thousand heads, cows - 225.3 thousand heads, pigs - 90 thousand heads, poultry - 196.5 thousand heads.
For 11 months of 2022, agricultural formations produced 1387.4 thousand tons of milk, meat - 376 thousand tons, including (grown) cattle - 87.6 thousand tons.
Menzelinsky, Bugulminsky and Muslyumovsky districts were noted among the leaders in terms of milk production growth. The best dynamics in meat production was shown by Menzelinsky, Kukmorsky, Baltasinsky, Atninsky, Mamadyshsky, Sabinsky, Yelabuga and Aznakaevsky districts.
“From 2023, changes are being made in the procedure for providing subsidies to support livestock breeding. The rate for calculating the subsidy for dairy cows of the first category is increased from 5.7 thousand rubles to 7.5 thousand rubles, the second category from 3.8 thousand rubles to 5.0 thousand rubles. For farms of the third category, the rate remains the same 1.9 thousand rubles,” said Gelius Bayazitov, head of the department for breeding and reproduction of animals.
Further, Fannur Zaripov spoke about the activities of JSC State Enterprise "Elita". After that, state awards were presented.
