The Ministry identified the best young specialists in the agro-industrial complex
Today, the Ministry hosted a solemn award ceremony for the winners of the republican competition of professional skills "The Best in Profession". The event was attended by the Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Suleimanov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov, Deputy Ministers Rafael Fattakhov, Lenar Garipov, Chairman of the AMO of the Republic of Tatarstan Dilyara Shuvalova.
The competition was traditionally held by the Agrarian Youth Association of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The partners of the competition were KSAU, KGAVM, Agro-Industrial Company Food Program LLC of the Mamadyshsky municipal district.
Competition days were held at the Kazan State Agrarian University and the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine.
At the first stage, participants responded to test tickets in the relevant areas.
In the second part, young workers and students demonstrated professional skills in practice: make a correct diagnosis of an animal, tell about an illness and provide first aid, professionally assemble deboning equipment, identify the internal organs of machine equipment, and quickly set up a milking machine.
The best ones were selected in several categories.
"The best mechanical engineer" - Rustam Shakirov (Almetyevsk municipal district);
"Best Agronomist" - Airat Safiullin (Rybno - Slobodsky municipal district);
"The best accountant-economist" - Gulnara Khuramshina (Zelenodolsky municipal district);
"The best veterinarian" - Alexey Lankov (Sabinsky municipal district);
"Best Livestock Specialist" - Nikolai Makeev (Almetyevsk Municipal District);
"The best machine operator" - Ferdinant Zakirzyanov (Aktanyshsky municipal district);
"The best machine milking operator" - Raif Garipov (Kukmorsky municipal district);
"The best calf breeder" - Aigul Gilmetdinova (Kukmorsky municipal district);
"The best herd reproduction technologist (operator for artificial insemination of cattle)" - Ismatullo Samatov (Menzelinsky municipal district).
Employees of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan aged 18 to 35 years old with higher or secondary vocational education and work experience were allowed to participate in the Contest.
The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas of the participant and certificates of 10, 8, 6 thousand rubles for 1,2,3 places, respectively, in each nomination. Winners of each nomination among young workers of the agro-industrial complex, who took 1st place, get the opportunity to go on a professional internship.
