The goal is to achieve an increase in the real incomes of workers in the agro-industrial complex

The central topic of the VI Plenum of the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation was the implementation of the Sectoral Agreement on the Agro-Industrial Complex, the main goal of which is to systematically increase the real incomes of workers through increased efficiency and production volumes, as well as ensuring the safety of life and health of workers in the process of work . The meeting was held in the conference hall of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the participation of chairmen of primary and regional trade union organizations, members of the republican committee of the trade union, the Sectoral Commission, representatives of the apparatus of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and industry employers. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Gafarov, General Director of OAO Tatagrokhim Nail Gubaidullin, Head of the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Khuzina.

Welcoming the participants of the meeting, Farida Garifullina, thanked everyone for the active interaction and successful solution of the tasks that the trade union faced in the outgoing 2022.

Bulat Garifullin, head of the department for socio-economic issues, spoke about the implementation of the Sectoral Agreement on the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022-2024 in his report. He recalled that a new version of the agreement was signed at the beginning of this year between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, the Association of Employers and the Association of Farmers, Farmsteads and Agricultural Consumer Cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan. “At the initiative of the trade union side, the Industry Agreement fixed such indicators as bringing the level of real wages in agriculture to 80% of the average wage in the economy of the republic, bringing the tariff part in the wage structure of workers to the level of 70%, conducting regular indexation of wages fees,” the speaker noted in his report. And he dwelled in detail on those indicators that are available in the industry today.

A brief summary of the activities in 2022 in the industry was summed up by the head of the economic analysis and planning department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilfir Musin. He noted that the ministry has set the task of bringing the level of real wages in agriculture to 80% of the average wage in the republic's economy. When voicing the indicators of work, Ilfir Musin paid special attention to the fact that these figures include the daily painstaking work of a villager.

The participants of the meeting were interested in the speech of Gulnara Khamidullina, the leading specialist of the department of investment policy and target programs which was devoted to programs to improve housing conditions in rural areas.

Marat Gafarov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, in his speech thanked the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation and all member organizations for the results that the organization has achieved today and continues to achieve in the field of protecting the rights and guarantees of workers. He noted that the trade union organizations of the industry are now carrying out multifaceted systematic work to improve the quality of life of citizens, increase wages, achieve effective employment, ensure labor protection and health of workers, and organize systematic monitoring of compliance with labor laws. He wished his colleagues not to slow down the pace with which the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is moving towards the intended goal today.

“Today we had a very constructive and meaningful conversation. The pressing issues were covered from different angles. Summing up the results of today's meeting, and in general, the activities for 2022, I once again want to thank all of you for our joint productive work, for your understanding and all-round support. We are the very structure that today sees the real picture in the countryside, priority information on the problems that concern industry workers comes to us. It is gratifying that we manage to interact in full understanding of the main tasks both with employers and with the authorities. In the coming year, I want to wish everyone good health and successful implementation of plans,” said Farida Garifullina, chairman of the Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, summing up the results of the meeting.

Nail Gubaidullin, General Director of OAO Tatagrokhim, was awarded the badge “For Social Partnership”. For indifferent attitude and disinterested help to the residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, the primary trade union organization "Chelny-Broiler" LLC was awarded the Gratitude of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan. For conscientious work and active work in the trade union, the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded to Vitaly Erastov, the chairman of the Tetyush regional organization of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. For active interaction with the Trade Union on the development of social partnership, the members of the Republican Sectoral Commission were awarded with a letter of thanks from the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation: Gulfira Rizaeva - Executive Director of the Association of Farmers, Farmsteads and Agricultural Consumer Cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Gulnara Ravzieva - Chief Specialist in Social development of Agrosila JSC.
