Digitization is the way to efficiency
FGBOU DPO "TIPKA" from December 13 to December 15, 2022 held the advanced training program "Digital Transformation in the Economy".
The practical part was held at AF Vozrozhdenie LLC, Arsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was attended by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov, Acting Rector of TIPKA Nikolay Titov, Head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Planning of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilfir Musin, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Agriculture of the Arsk Municipal District Lenar Abdullin.
Opening the seminar, the First Deputy Minister noted that the digitalization of agricultural processes is a serious and necessary step. “It is important now to introduce digital technologies as much as possible into the agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to enjoy the benefits of modern technological progress in the foreseeable future,” Nail Zalakov emphasized.
Ilgizyar Sadykov, General Director of AF Vozrozhdenie LLC, spoke about software products used in agricultural organizations. He noted that today they are effective tools for managing agricultural production, contributing to the growth of its efficiency.
For four years, 399 million rubles of investments have been received. In 2022, we achieved a 31.8% profitability. The average monthly salary is 35446 rubles.
“If before they milked 8 tons of milk per day, now this figure has risen to 25 tons. If on average 4331 kilograms of milk were milked from one cow, now it is 8772 kilograms. Digitalization was introduced in 2018, the indicators given for comparison belong to the period before the specified year. The annual cash income from 101.197 million rubles has grown to 418 million rubles,” said Ilgizar Sadykov.
The herd management program automatically collects information about the performance and health status of each cow, and processes the information. Now low-yielding, unhealthy cows have been rejected. The average daily milk yield from most cows is 30 liters.
Ilfir Musin, Head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Planning of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on the financial results of the agro-industrial complex for the current year. He noted that the success of any enterprise largely depends on the motivation of employees.
“In the industry for 10 months, the average monthly salary per 1 employee amounted to 38,330 rubles with an increase of 20% compared to the same period last year. But at the same time, the wages of rural workers remain at the level of 76% of the average for the economy,” he reported.
Ilnaz Garayev, an employee of RIVC JSC, spoke about the projects implemented in the republic for the digital development of agribusiness. The most significant is the Comprehensive Agribusiness Automation Support Program. The program involves three stages, one of which is the advanced training course "Digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex". The last stream of the course ended in early December, and the next intake is expected in 2023.
Also at the seminar, a unified digital data system for the agro-industrial complex of the republic was presented, which recently acquired the status of the State Information System of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
