Heads of district departments of agriculture and food were trained at TIPKA
On December 7, the training of the heads of the district departments of agriculture and food of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan began at the FGBOU DPO "TIPKA" under the advanced training program: "Improving the production (operational) efficiency of the agro-industrial complex." Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Ministers Dmitry Yashin, Rafael Fattakhov, Marcel Makhmutov took part in the closing of the courses.
Issues of increasing production efficiency in the agro-industrial complex were considered on the example of municipal districts, projects for the introduction of lean production in agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, issues of reclamation of agricultural lands, cultivation of high-yielding crops in irrigated agriculture, increasing the efficiency of agricultural sectors and introducing innovations, production and application of biopreparations in agriculture, domestic promising varieties of agricultural crops. They also discussed issues related to work in the FSIS “Zerno” system, state support for agricultural insurance, compliance with legislation and environmental requirements in the production of agricultural products, investments in technical re-equipment and modernization of agriculture.
In his speech, Marat Zyabbarov summed up the main results of the outgoing year.
“The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, has set the task of introducing at least 80 kg of mineral fertilizers in the active ingredient for the next year's crop. To maintain soil fertility, it is necessary to carry out liming on an area of at least 80 thousand hectares. Serious attention should be paid to sederal fallows and stubble crops. Already today, special attention should be directed to the supply of purchased seeds of agricultural crops,” the minister noted.
The issues of staffing the industry are always relevant. Therefore, as part of the training, trainings and master classes were held on the psychological and pedagogical foundations of team management, effective work time management, motivation of employees in the state civil and municipal service, and a number of others.
