Competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency": organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan are among the winners
The results of the republican stage of the All-Russian competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency" were summed up. Its purpose is to attract public attention to the importance of solving social issues at the organization level. This competition has been held annually since 2000, since 2010 it has been held in 2 stages: regional and all-Russian. The expert commission, which evaluates the results of the work of the participants in the competition, includes representatives of the Republican tripartite commission for the regulation of social and labor relations.
This year, within the framework of the regional stage of the competition, the winners were determined in 15 nominations. The organizations had to prove the high social efficiency of their activities in solving social problems, in developing forms of social partnership. As part of the competition, the participants demonstrated their active internal corporate policy, achievements in working with personnel, improving working conditions and labor protection, developing social partnership, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Having studied all the received applications and competitive materials, the expert commission determined the winners of the regional stage of the competition, among which there are enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan. So, in the nomination "For the development of human resources in industrial organizations" the 3rd place was awarded to Maisky Greenhouse Plant LLC. In the nomination "For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sector" 1st place was awarded to the enterprise "Chelny-Broiler".
The victory and an honorary prize in this important competition once again proves the effectively organized work on interaction at the enterprises of the administration with trade union organizations! Well-coordinated work, as practice shows, gives significant results, which, of course, have a positive effect on the status of a working person.

And we wish the winner of the regional stage of the competition - the Chelny-Broiler enterprise and the primary trade union organization success and victory at the all-Russian stage. Under the terms of the competition, the organizations that won the first places go to the next level and will compete for the title of "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" on a national scale.
