President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all workers of the industry on the Day of the worker of agriculture and processing industry
Recall that the Day of the Worker of Agriculture and Processing Industry is celebrated on the second Sunday of October.
Honoring the workers of a village was held at the Kazan Expo IEC - representatives of labor collectives of agricultural enterprises from all over the republic gathered here. These are all those who work to ensure that we have fresh bread, milk, meat and vegetables on our table, as Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan recalled that this year a worthy grain harvest was harvested in the republic - over 5 million tons. Productivity - 36.8 centners per hectare. Also, the gross harvest of oilseeds - 600 thousand tons; potatoes - 800 thousand tons; vegetables - 260 thousand tons; sugar beet - 1.8 million tons. A sufficient amount of fodder has been prepared for productive wintering of livestock.
These are the results of the work of many thousands of rural workers. “Such a loaf after last year's drought is priceless,” said Rustam Minnikhanov. - Arsky, Tetyushsky, Buinsky, Menzelinsky and Muslyumovsky districts provided the largest grain harvest.
Rustam Minnikhanov also expressed gratitude for the high results to large agricultural holdings - Agrosila, Avgust-Agro, Ak Bars Holding, Krasny Vostok Agro, the Chistopolye holding company and Agroinvest.
“The fate of harvest largely depends on the professionalism of the combine operators. Thousands of machine operators, drivers, villagers worked with full dedication during the harvesting period. Thank you very much for your important and difficult work. Special thanks - for the annual support with preferential fuel - to Tatneft, - said Rustam Minnikhanov.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan expressed his gratitude to the livestock breeders who keep Tatarstan's leadership in milk production in the country. He said that this year it is planned to produce 1 million 980 thousand tons of milk and 540 thousand tons of meat.
Next year, the task for milk production is to get 2 million tons; for meat - 550 thousand tons.
“The republic fully provides itself with livestock products,” said Rustam Minnikhanov. - In the Kukmor region for the first time 400 tons of milk per day were milked, in Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Sabinsky regions - more than 300 tons of milk per day. Atninsky district is the leader in terms of productivity per cow - milk yield is 31.1 kg”.
Worthy results were demonstrated by the leaders. Thus, the highest milk yields were achieved by Gulnaz Nazmieva, a milkmaid of Tukaevsky LLC, Atninsky District, Zemfira Tukhbatullina, the Ibragimov and Company agricultural enterprise, Apastovsky District, Svetlana Fomina, Tokarlikov JSC, Almetevsky District.
In beef cattle breeding, Rais Gainutdinov from Tugan Yak-Agro LLC (Kaibitsky District), Marat Kalimullin (Smirnov Farm, Mendeleevsky District), Leyla Usmanova (Vostok Agro LLC, Kukmor District), had the best result.
“It is impossible to list all the leaders. We thank you very much for your selfless work,” Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized.
“The agro-industrial complex is actively developing. The construction and modernization of livestock facilities, grain flow and elevators continues in the republic. It is important to continue the development of the agro-industrial complex. In the current conditions, we must fully provide our citizens with basic food. This is a matter of food security,” said the President of Tatarstan.
He also recalled that an important factor in the development of the village is small-scale farming. In Tatarstan, 470,000 personal subsidiary farms and more than 4,000 farms are successfully operating. About 2 billion rubles are allocated annually to support them. We will continue to provide such support in the future, Rustam Minnikhanov said.
Our task is to ensure that the life of the villagers meets the most modern standards. Programs aimed at the integrated development of territories are being implemented in the republic - this year there are 44 such programs. Schools, kindergartens, first aid centers, and sports grounds are being opened for residents.

Once again, I congratulate the workers of the agro-industrial complex on the holiday. Further, the presentation of state awards to the workers of agriculture and processing industry took place.
