Almost 300 tons of sugar and 637 thousand eggs were sold at agricultural fairs
On September 10, traditional agricultural fairs began in the republic. They take place at 14 sites in Kazan, 2 sites in Naberezhnye Chelny and the Zelenodolsk district, 3 sites in Nizhnekamsk, and at various intervals in 26 municipal districts. Delivery of products is provided by 32 municipal districts of the republic, agricultural holdings of the enterprise, and small farms.
According to the results of 5 fair days, agricultural products were sold for a total of 507.8 million rubles. Citizens purchased 6014.1 tons of vegetables, including 4267.2 tons of potatoes, 73.2 tons of draft milk, 526.6 tons of meat, almost 300 tons of sugar and 637 thousand eggs. 3,840 vehicles were involved in the fairs.
Traditional agricultural fairs will last until December 24.
