Agrosila put into operation the second stage of the Aznakay complex
The second stage of the Aznakay dairy complex includes a calf barn, two cowsheds and gallery crossings, lagoons No. 2 and No. 3, and a fodder storage area. As part of the construction, foundations were made and metal frames were installed, external water supply and sewerage networks, internal electricity and water supply networks were installed, light-aeration lamps were manufactured and installed, and the roof was laid.
The construction was completed on August 29 of this year, Agrosila received an act of commissioning the second stage of the Aznakay MTC. Now the acceptance and commissioning of technological equipment is being carried out.
Recall that the first stage of the complex was commissioned in August 2021. The first stage includes two cowsheds, a milking block with a milking parlor, a maternity ward with a gallery, a warehouse for compound feed and mineral components, a shed over calf houses, a feed storage area, a manure storage facility for storing bedless manure; as well as a hangar for equipment.
After reaching the planned capacity, the number of cattle on the mega-farm will be 5,250 heads, including 4,500 cows. Since the beginning of the year, the complex has produced and sold more than 7,600 tons of milk. After the completion of the acquisition of productive livestock, the production and sale of milk at the MTC "Aznakay" will more than double. We would like to remind you that Agrosila's milking herd is formed only from its own cows. The holding systematically carried out the improvement of the herd from leukemia, as well as selection work to increase milk yield.
Agrosila's total investment in the construction of the Aznakay dairy complex exceeds 2 billion rubles. In the first place, 1,072 million rubles were invested, in the second - 946 million rubles.
