Agrosila introduced five complexes for the production of solutions for plant protection and nutrition in 2022
Agrosila built in Tatarstan 5 mortar-harvesting units (hereinafter referred to as RZU) in the Aznakaevsky district (Aznakay agricultural firm), in the Zainsk district (Zai agricultural firm), in the Menzelinsky district (Menzelinsky Zori agricultural firm), in the Sarmanovsky district (Aznakay agricultural firm "Sarman"), as well as in the Tukaevsky district (agricultural firm "KAMA"). These are stationary complexes with professional management, the products of which are working solutions for the protection and nutrition of plants during the growing season. Investments in the project amounted to 127.1 million rubles.
The components for the RZU nutrient-protective solution are set through the software, and due to calibration, the correct consumption rate of the drug is displayed for each component included in the composition. Innovative technologies make it possible to reduce the preparation time, make adjustments to the formulation if necessary, and also eliminate errors in dosing and accounting for plant protection products.
The use of RZU in Agrosila agricultural firms started in 2022. The maximum productivity of RUKAS-200 was 100 tons of fertilizers per day. And RUA SZR allows the production of 90 tons of tank mix.
