Awarding of the advanced combine operators of the Leninogorsk region
In Tatarstan, the harvesting campaign is in full swing. The leaders of the territorial and regional organizations of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation keep the situation under control, organize field trips and meet with teams. “Two, three, or even more times a week we go to the fields, to grain markets, communicate with trade union members, ask about the mood and problems that concern farm workers. And, of course, as part of measures to stimulate labor productivity, we award combine operators for the best threshing,” says Almaz Mavletov, chairman of the Leninogorsk regional organization of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.
So, on August 16, another detour of the fields took place in the Leninogorsk region as part of the harvesting campaign, with the participation of the Head of the region, Ryagat Khusainov. Together with him, the chairman of the Leninogorsk regional organization of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation Almaz Mavletov, accompanied by the head of the department of agriculture and food Ilnur Shamardanov and the media, also drove through the fields of the region.
In the Leninogorsk district, the Regulations on the competition among combine operators for harvesting grain and leguminous crops in 2022 were approved. The main goal of the competition is to increase the volume of grain production, ensure quality and carry out harvesting in agrotechnical terms. The winners are determined by 4 groups of combine productivity and by the highest grain yield.
The results of the competition are summed up every 7 days.
At the end of the week, this time the best combine operators who fulfilled all the conditions under the Regulations were:
Group 1 - Azat Khabibullin ("Khabibullin F.Z."), who harvested 638 tons in a week.
Group 2 - Aidar Sakhapov ("MARKS LLC"), his result is 649 tons.
Group 3 - Ilnar Ismagilov ("MARKS LLC"). He threshed 568 tons in a week.
Group 4 - Konstatin Tugaev ("LLC Avgust-Leninogorsk"), who harvested 911 tons of grain.
As part of the detour, the best combine operators were presented with a challenge flag and money certificates.

Safety requirements are strictly observed. The entire technical base is equipped with the required inventory.
