My export: finding new markets just got easier

As part of the implementation of the national project "International Cooperation and Export", which is aimed at increasing the export of non-commodity non-energy goods, JSC "Russian Expert Center" in November 2020. opened access to the My Export digital platform, a comprehensive digital ecosystem designed to provide businesses with online access to government and other services that accompany companies' exports.

The ecosystem accompanies the exporter at the main stages of foreign economic activity and allows resolving various issues online - without paperwork and visits to various departments.

Users have free access to 8 types of ready-made analytical reports on the sections most in demand by exporters (foreign trade of Russia, countries of the world, macroeconomic information, prices on world markets, etc.) by various parameters, as well as detailed reports.

If a company needs to study foreign markets in more detail, determine the potential for exporting products, it can order a detailed analytical study from Export Professionals.

The My Export platform contains free tutorials that will help you build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with potential partners.

The system will select interested buyers for free and help organize negotiations with them. If there are difficulties with permanent foreign suppliers of parts, components, raw materials and materials necessary for the production of the exporter's products, the "Search for a supplier at the request of the exporter" service on "Export Professionals" will help him.

For organizations that want to get into new foreign online platforms, the My Export platform will select a foreign marketplace for their goods and services for free. To do this, you must submit an application in the appropriate section of "My Export".

You can get a free sale certificate, which is necessary for the start of deliveries abroad in the "Permitting documents" section of the "My Export" platform. Companies need to apply through the portal and receive the document within 10 working days.

On the page "Events" the exporter can select an exhibition or business mission by country, date, industry or type. So, small and medium-sized businesses will be reimbursed 80% of the costs for building and equipping the stand, delivery of exhibition samples, and large companies - 50% for the same purposes. At the same time, the rent of the exhibition space, the registration fee, the provision of translators and the organization of B2B meetings are 100% financed by the state.

The program allows exporters to reduce the cost of transportation, increase competitiveness and increase the volume of deliveries of Russian agricultural products to foreign markets.

Currently, 31 services operate on the My Export platform. In the personal account of the company, services are available in four areas: government services, government support, business services, and analytics. Until 2024, it is planned to launch another 30.
