How will the trade union movement develop in the agro-industrial complex?
The vector will be determined by young boys and girls, the future trade union activists, and now the driving force of the youth councils of the republican, regional and city organizations of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers, employees of agricultural enterprises and organizations, students of specialized educational institutions.
It was held from July 21 to 24 in the city of Ufa, in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan, on the basis of the Bashkir State Agrarian University. The forum brought together, united by the idea of promoting the trade union movement, active and enterprising young guys and girls from 20 regions of Russia.
At the forum, the youth of the Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation was represented by: Venera Gaynanova (foreman of the container section of the poultry processing complex LLC Chelny-Broiler), Ruslan Khusnullin (head of the standardization and quality department of LLC Chelny-Broiler), Almir Makhov (2nd year student of the Kazan State Agrarian University), Alina Musina (specialist of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan), Ruslan Khafizov (leading specialist of the sector for the development of rural cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan).
As part of the forum, the guys studied the implementation of digital technologies in the agricultural industry, shared their experience in developing the pace of digitalization, communicated and established new connections, and did not even disregard the current trends that exist in the whole world.
The participants of the forum visited large and small industries in the region, such as the "Artemis", visited the Bashkir apiaries, studied the developments of scientists and small innovative enterprises of the Bashkir State Agrarian University. Also during the forum, the contest "Trade Union Leader of the Agroindustrial Complex" was held, thanks to which its participants determined what a modern "leader" of the trade union movement should be like.
The speakers of the educational program of the forum were representatives of the Youth Council of the Trade Union, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
