The first in Russia competition of professional skills "The Best Orthopedic Veterinarian" will be held at the exhibition "AGROVOLGA"
On July 8, 2022, for the first time in Russia, the Regional Competition of Professional Excellence "The Best Orthopedic Veterinarian of the Republic of Tatarstan" will be held. The competition is organized jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Main Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "RATSIN" and LLC "Timofeev +".
More than 50 "hooves" from all regions of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part in the competition. The competition will be held in two stages: in the first part of the competition, the applicants will undergo a "run-in" at specially equipped workplaces, and in the final of the competition, the contestants will already demonstrate their skills in "pedicure" on live cows on specialized machines for fixing cattle, manufactured by the company "Timofeev+)".
The competition is aimed at increasing the prestige of a veterinarian, an orthopedic veterinarian, improving the skills of specialists, and, which is important in modern times, attracting young people to a specific profession.
The judging commission will be represented by specialists from the Timofeev + company. The company actively cooperates with enterprises and organizations of the region on the prevention and improvement of cattle hooves. Equal conditions will be created for all participants, as well as an objective evaluation of the results. A master class is also planned, where experts will answer all the questions of the participants.
