The best technologists for the reproduction of cattle and livestock specialists - breeders were identified in Tatarstan
Today, in Vysokogorsky district, on the basis of JSC State Enterprise “Elita”, the 5th republican competition of livestock breeders of dairy and beef cattle breeding and the 44th republican competition of operators for artificial insemination of cattle were held. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, head of the Vysokogorsky district Ravil Khisamutdinov, the general director of JSC GPP Elita Fannur Zaripov and other responsible persons.
The competition was attended by the best specialists - winners of regional competitions. They demonstrated their knowledge of herd reproduction, maintenance and feeding of livestock, preparation of cows and heifers for calving, as well as practical skills in artificial insemination of cattle.
The competitions were held in several stages. The commission checked the skills of the participants in the laboratory, assessed the practical skills and performance indicators of the contestants, in addition, the participants demonstrated their knowledge of the theoretical basis of the profession.
The winners of the competition will be announced at the Agrovolga-2022 International Agro-Industrial Exhibition, which will be held from July 6 to 8 in Kazan.
