Mobile laboratory will determine the quality of grain in the fields of the Republic of Tatarstan
This year, the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Grain Quality Assessment" in the Republic of Tatarstan received a unique mobile laboratory to study the quality and safety of grain in the fields, at temporary storage currents and granaries.
It is equipped with water supply, ventilation, heating, energy saving and cooling systems. The laboratory has no analogues in the republic and neighboring regions. The car interior is equipped with the necessary measuring instruments, auxiliary and testing equipment necessary for accurate and prompt analysis of the quality of grains, legumes and oilseeds, which allows its qualified assessment directly at the place of harvest or storage.
Branch specialists, using express analyzers, will be able to quickly check the main indicators of the quality of agricultural products - organoleptic, infestation, pest contamination, nature, humidity, impurities, protein, gluten (quantity, quality), falling number and vitreousness, a number of indicators in oilseeds.
This will allow agricultural producers to get a quick and objective assessment of the grown grain for its further placement and sale. After the tests, the corresponding document will be issued directly at the place of testing, which is an indisputable advantage over stationary laboratories, the results of which must be waited for several days.
