A BELARUS-EXPO center opened in Tatarstan
Today in the Yelabuga region the grand opening of the Expo-center "Belarus" with a service area took place. The event was attended by General Director of MTZ OJSC Vitaly Vovk, Head of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation Viktor Shchetko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Minister Rafael Fattakhov.
The total area of the center is more than 2.8 thousand square meters, of which:
- industrial premises - 2361.9 sq.m.;
- non-production premises: exhibition hall of tractors and loaders - 485.6 sq.m.
The production facilities of the service center house 10 posts for the repair and maintenance of agricultural, road and municipal equipment, as well as a spare parts warehouse. The opening of this center will bring to a higher professional level the work on providing the farmers of the republic with equipment and high-quality technical service for the products of Belarusian manufacturers.
“Agricultural producers of the Republic of Tatarstan are connected by long-term cooperation with the Minsk Tractor Plant. In the machine and tractor fleet of farms today there are more than 8.5 thousand units of tractors "Belarus" of various modifications. Every year our farmsm renew their fleet based on Minsk tractors. In the past 2021, 265 tractors of the Belarus brand were purchased, this year 57 have already been purchased,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
