Rustam Minnikhanov in Naberezhnye Chelny got acquainted with the work of Agrosila. Chelny-MPK" and JSC "Chelny-khleb"
Enterprises of OOO Agrosila Chelny-MPK and JSC “Chelny-khleb” were visited today by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov as part of a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny.
Accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and the General Director of the Agrosila holding Svetlana Barsukova, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the production of main types of products, examined the automated lines for the production of finished products: from traditional sausages, cooked and smoked products and semi-finished products, to various types of marinades, delicacies and raw smoked products - a total of more than 250 items.
Rustam Minnikhanov was also shown the product packaging workshops, sites for the preparation of raw materials, smoking chambers and other production facilities.
The enterprise also operates a robotic warehouse for finished products, which was built along with the commissioning of the enterprise in 2017.
Agrosila Chelny-MPK is the only enterprise in Tatarstan that has an ability to produce raw smoked sausages in the amount of 100 tons per month and semi-finished products in the amount of 300 tons per month.
Among the CIS countries, the products of the Agrosila Chelny-MPK is most often supplied to Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, where it is especially popular. The main volume of exports falls on halal products.
Svetlana Barsukova spoke about the introduction of a lean production system at the enterprise.
As for the Chelny Khleb enterprise, today it is one of the largest producers of bakery and confectionery products in the Zakamsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan. Daily production is more than 80 tons of products. Since 2020, the enterprise has been included in the federal program to increase labor productivity.
Explanations during the inspection of the enterprise were given by the General Director of Chelny-Khleb JSC Rafael Yunusov. He also presented the stages of the investment activities of the Chelny-Khleb group of companies for 2022-2024.
Rustam Minnikhanov also spoke with representatives of the staff of JSC Chelny-Khleb.
