Marat Zyabbarov urged to increase activity in the development of small farms in the countryside
Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Cheremshansky municipal district.
The minister began his trip with a tour of the sausage shop of the Cheremshan cooperative. Here they process cattle meat, produce dumplings, minced meat, cabbage rolls. Recently, the assortment has been replenished with sausages. More than 10 people work in the workshop. The products comply with the Halal standard.
Then Marat Zyabbarov took part in the opening of the youth teenage club "Rovesnik". In this club, every child can find something he like: wood carving, a web design circle, robotics, an art studio, and pottery.
“For the development of our younger generation, such facilities are very important and necessary. I wish that the knowledge that children will receive here will be in demand and useful to them,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
Further, a meeting of the Council of the Cheremshansky municipal district “On the results of the socio-economic development of the Cheremshansky municipal district for 2021 and tasks for 2022” was held in the regional house of culture.
In his report, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov explained that the district is lagging behind others in terms of wages, the amount of which is below the national average and amounts to 29,424 rubles, with an increase of 23% compared to 2020.
“Among the regions of the republic, you are in 26th place. In the republic, this figure is 32,480 rubles. In the context of farms, the polarity of wages in one district reaches 2 times. The average monthly salary at Bio-Agro LLC is 41,696 rubles, while at AF Kuteminskaya LLC - 20,377 rubles, Cheremshan-Agroservices LLC - 20,569 rubles. The level of wages is directly related to labor productivity, how much is produced per 1 worker. For these farms, the productivity per employee is only 644 and 710 thousand rubles, while in the republic this figure is 2.8 million rubles,” the minister emphasized.
For further growth, it is necessary to increase the number of cows, you are 3 times behind the average republican level.
Some work has been done to develop the livestock sector. The second building of the livestock complex for 500 cows was built at IlKhan LLC, with a total capacity of 1,000 cows. The farm needs to buy heifers. Also, two barns for 400 cows and 3 buildings for 300 cattle were repaired at Akkirievo LLC.
Marat Zyabbarov paid special attention to the development of small forms of management.
In the corresponding ranking for 2021, the district ranks 20th (-2 positions by 2020). The loss of positions is explained by the poor participation of the district in grant support programs. Only 1 grant was received under the Agrostartup program.
“In the context of growing demand for agricultural products, which is a great incentive for local entrepreneurs and farmers, the activity in the work carried out by the district to develop small business forms is clearly not enough. The administration of the district and the heads of rural settlements need to increase their responsibility and activity in the development of small forms of farming in the countryside,” the minister summed up.
