Gostekhnadzor Department of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of activities for 2021
Today, the Ministry hosted a meeting of the board of the Department of Gostekhnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rafael Fattakhov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Radik Ziatdinov, Head of the Gostekhnadzor Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, Munir Gafiyatullin, Chairman of the Public Council under the Gostekhnadzor Department of the Republic of Tatarstan and others took part in the work.
Radik Ziatdinov summed up the work in the main areas of activity and identified priority tasks for 2022. He noted that the Department has developed a digital transformation program until 2022, which defines the main directions for the implementation of digital transformation tasks.
“One of the key indicators of the digital transformation of public administration is the achievement of its digital maturity. As indicators for assessing the level of digital maturity, indicators related to the provision of public services are considered - the provision of services in electronic form, the reduction of terms for the provision of services, the level of demand for electronic interaction in the provision of services. The main task for 2022 is to expand electronic interaction with the structures of executive authorities based on new information and digital technologies, transfer and provide public services in electronic form,” said Radik Ziatdinov.
An important role in the system of interaction between civil society and the state is occupied by public councils created under public authorities and ensuring openness and publicity in making managerial decisions.
The Public Council under the Gostekhnadzor Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan was established in the Gostekhnadzor Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Munir Gafiyatullin.
“In the reporting year, 6 meetings were held. At the meetings, drafts of socially significant regulatory legal acts developed by the Department of Gostekhnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered, monitoring of the quality of public services, the implementation of control and supervisory functions, the progress of anti-corruption and personnel work, and the assessment of the effectiveness of public procurement "- Munir Gafiyatullin reported on the work of the Public Council under the Department Gostekhnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Yury Venediktov, Chief State Inspector for Small Vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, informed about winter accidents involving self-propelled vehicles.
“In the winter period, 4 incidents occurred, and 8 people were rescued. In general, there is a decrease in the number of accidents associated with the failure of snowmobiles under the ice, due to active joint preventive work,” said Yuri Venediktov.
Deputy Minister Rafael Fattakhov informed about the interaction with agricultural producers of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the end of the meeting, well-deserved awards were presented to employees of the Department of Gostekhnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan.
