Names of the winners of the republican public competition "Leader of the Year-2021" have been announced
The annual awards ceremony for the winners of the "Leader of the Year - 2021" competition was held today. They were identified in 7 nominations: “For High Competitiveness”, “For Investment Activity”, “For Achievements in Innovation”, “For High Social Responsibility”, “For Active Development of Human Resources”, “For Successful Management of a Small (Medium) Enterprise business ”,“ For digital transformation of the enterprise ”.
The list of participants in the competition was formed on the basis of recommendations of republican ministries and departments, city and regional municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan.
A total of 120 people were sent to participate in the competition. 97 managers became contenders for the title of laureate, who, together with their teams in 2021, ensured a high level of the enterprise's performance.
So, the victory in the nomination “For investment activity” was won by Elena Sobina, director general of Mir LLC, Elabuga municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifat Mutigullin, general director of APC Prod. Program LLC, Mamadyshsky municipal district, was awarded for the active development of human resources.
Aidar Sabirov, director of AF Kazanka LLC, Arsk municipal district, was recognized as the winner in the nomination “For successful management of a small (medium) business”. The award "For the digital transformation of the enterprise" was awarded to the head of LLC "Agrofirma" Anyak "of the Aktanysh municipal district, Faris Fatkhiev.
