In the Republic of Tatarstan, 100% of subsidies for the development of land reclamation have been delivered
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan brought to the farmers of the republic 100% of federal and republican subsidies provided for the development of land reclamation.
Subsidies in the amount of 106.4 million rubles were provided from the consolidated budget within the framework of the departmental program “Development of the reclamation complex” and the federal project “Export of agricultural products”, as well as in the amount of 486 million rubles from the republican budget within the republican target program. In addition, the costs of acidic soils liming in the amount of 438 million rubles were subsidized from the regional budget.
The subsidies allowed farmers to compensate 70% of the costs of construction, reconstruction, technical equipment of reclamation systems, carrying out cultural works, as well as 90% of the costs of agroforestry.
Thanks to the measures of state support for land reclamation activities, agricultural producers were able to get 70% of the cost of purchasing modern sprinkler equipment, drip irrigation systems and pumping stations, as well as 70% of the cost of drilling wells and installing water towers. Also, according to the republican program, 100% of the costs of capital repairs of reclamation hydraulic structures are financed. More than 330 farms were able to benefit from government support in various areas of land reclamation.
