A law was adopted to amend Article 19 of the Federal Law "On the Peasant (Farm) Economy"
Recently, the State Duma amended Article 19 of the Federal Law of June 11, 2003 N • 74-FZ "On the peasant (farm) economy".
It was decided to supplement it with clause 4 as follows:
“A farm can sell agricultural products of its own production using premises located in capital construction projects, non-capital buildings, structures that are part of the farm's property, or non-stationary trade objects, provided placement of such objects on this land plot, which is not related to agricultural land. "
It was also decided to make the following amendments to paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the Federal Law of December 8, 1995 No. 193-FZ "On Agricultural Cooperation":
"An agricultural consumer cooperative can sell its own agricultural products on a land plot it uses from agricultural land using premises located in capital construction projects, non-capital buildings, structures, the construction, reconstruction and operation of which are allowed on this land plot."
