The Rosselkhoznadzor provided 14.3 billion rubles to the agro-industrial complex
For 9 months of 2021, the Tatarstan branch of the Rosselkhoznadzor provided 14.3 billion rubles of credit funds to the agro-industrial complex. Borrowers received 13.5 billion rubles at a preferential rate. Volume of concessional lending increased by 1.6 billion rubles, and its share in disbursements increased by 13 percentage points. In the whole country, for 9 months of 2021, the Rosselkhoznadzor provided 1.2 trillion rubles of credit funds to the agro- industrial complex, which was a record amount for the period under review.
Borrowed funds are directed both for investment purposes (construction, modernization and reconstruction of vegetable storages and livestock complexes, purchase of machinery and animals), and for replenishment of working capital. The increase in the volume of financing happened due to the increased availability of credit funds for farmers and the simplification of the consideration and submission of applications. For 9 months of 2021, the Rosselkhoznadzor issued 427.4 billion rubles for seasonal work, of which 9.5 billion were received by farmers of Tatarstan.
