Agricultural fair organized by meliorators was held in Kazan
On October 23, 2021, traditional agricultural fairs were held in the markets of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan meliorators together with the Kukmorsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan once again organized a fair at the main fairground – in the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the event and got acquainted with the assortment of goods presented and their prices, talked with buyers and sellers. He was accompanied by Rustem Sungatullin, General Director of JSC Trust Company Tatmelioration, and Mars Hismatullin, Director of the FSBI Tatmeliovodkhoz Management.
Enterprises of the land reclamation system annually participate in the organization of such fairs, offering products grown on irrigated lands and local fish products at affordable prices.
Agricultural fairs are traditionally in high demand among the population, and now their relevance is increasing. Fortunately, despite the severe drought in summer this year, a wonderful harvest has been grown on the irrigated lands of the republic, thanks to land reclamation.
The reclamation workers also organized a concert and entertainment program. Charity dinners were organized.
