A seminar on dairy farming was held in the Rybno-Slobodsky district
Today, a zonal seminar-meeting was held in the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district on the topic: "Effective dairy farming technologies are the key to success of an agricultural enterprise." It was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, heads of agricultural enterprises, heads of investment companies, livestock consultants and chief livestock technicians of farms.
The meeting summed up the work of the livestock industry for 8 months of 2021. For the current year, the gross milk production has increased by 40 thousand tons. During the same time, 181 thousand calves were received, or 95% of the level of last year.
A positive example is the Tetyushsky municipal district. At the beginning of 2021, the number of cows in the district increased by 270 heads, due to their own reproduction and purchase of livestock. Farms that have increased the number of cows due to the purchase of livestock additionally received subsidies. The reconstruction of livestock farms with the introduction of new technologies has also been actively started in the district. Such a lively activity of agricultural enterprises is due to their understanding of the high efficiency of the technologies used.
"The production largely depends on the uninterrupted, stable provision of warm watering of animals. Many managers are already implementing watering systems with temperature level support. The effectiveness of modern technologies is evident – in such farms there has been an increase in the number of cattle. All other enterprises need to stabilize the number of livestock by the end of the year and prevent further reduction. There are all prerequisites for this. The state allocates subsidies to restore and increase the number of cows," Lenar Garipov concluded.
