A competitive selection for participation in the Farmer's School training project has started in the Republic of Tatarstan. It is aimed at assisting in the creation of new financially stable and profitable farms, improving the efficiency of existing ones, developing and promoting the best practices of doing business in the agro-industrial complex.
The organizer of the educational program is Rosselkhoznadzor jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The training will be held at the Kazan State Agrarian University.
The heads of peasant farms and owners of personal subsidiary farms from the Republic of Tatarstan will be able to take part in the free educational program.
"Farmer's School" is a unique project that allows a novice farmer to master the basics of doing business from scratch to full launch. The program is designed in such a way that students study in detail all aspects of farming. This spring we have already held a course of lectures at the Farmer's School. This program has received a lot of positive feedback, so it was decided to launch another training stream in Tatarstan," said Director of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Rosselkhoznadzor Lyalya Kudermetova.
The training will begin on October 20. Theoretical classes and field practical workshops have been developed for novice farmers in 4 areas: "Poultry farming", "Cattle breeding", "Horse breeding", "Crop production".
