A children's cheese factory has opened in Menzelinsky district

28 September 2021, Tuesday

The first children's cheese factory in Russia started functioning in Tatarstan back in August. On the basis of a children's boarding school, they teach the complex process of cheese making and conduct master classes. Orphans and children with disabilities are trained in cheese-making at the mini-production. Last Saturday at the fair "City of Masters" young cheese makers have already presented their products.

Students studying "cheese making" know that in order for the product to turn out delicious, it is important not to miss any stage of production. The process is not easy even for experienced craftsmen. First, the guys are taught theory, then practice.

After the step-by-step process of cheese making, you need to wait. It takes from a day to three days. Well, after that, fresh cheese is served.

There are plans to open mini-cheese factories all over the republic. The goal of the project is to give children with disabilities to learn the basics of a difficult profession and, perhaps, to find their life's work.
