The Zainsky Sugar plant is preparing for the completion of modernization
Agrosila Holding, which includes the Zainsky Sugar plant, annually conducts modernization campaigns at enterprises. Now the drying department is being reconstructed, a gas furnace is being built, a pulp press is being installed.
New equipment of the sugar drying complex fully corresponds to the capacity of the plant and will allow you to get white sugar of guaranteed quality, with normal humidity, which will ensure proper storage.
The replacement of the presses began to be produced in 2015. This year, together with the Spanish representative of the company "Mercier", Zainsky Sugar is installing the last - the fifth pulp press.
Another project of Agrosila enterprise is the barcoding of each bag of sugar. The system allows you to keep operational records and receive real-time information about the volume of output and movement of finished products, as well as track the remains of finished products. The project optimizes the process of receiving products as much as possible within such conditions as assortment and quantity.
