The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed improving working conditions of agricultural workers
A meeting of the Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Trade Union Organization was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Lilia Gataullina, General Director of Nizhnekamsk Bakery JSC, Lilia Khuzina, Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irina Puzakova, head of the press center of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, chairmen of district trade union organizations, primary trade union organizations of industry enterprises, members of the Control and Audit Commission of the republican Trade Union organization. The meeting was chaired by the head of the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation Farida Garifullina.
The speakers reported on the ongoing preventive measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, compliance with the requirements of labor protection of employees, measures that promote mass vaccination of personnel.
For example, in JSC "Nizhnekamsk Bakery", constant explanatory work is carried out among employees to prevent the spread of infection, the rules of personal and public hygiene, the need for vaccination as the main preventive measure against coronavirus infection.
Thanks to the measures taken, today the number of vaccinated employees at these enterprises is more than 70%.
The topics of support for young specialists in rural areas and the problems of wages of industry workers were also discussed. The speakers noted that there is a positive dynamic in this issue at Tatarstan enterprises.
