The delegation of Tatarstan visited the Potato Field Day
A delegation from Tatarstan headed by the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Dmitrov district in the Moscow region, where the annual Potato Field Day Potato Russia 2021 is held. The Minister was accompanied by his deputies Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Rafael Fattakhov, General Director of Tatagroleasing JSC Azat Ziganshin, head of the Davletov farm Nasim Davletov, head of the Kyrlay agricultural firm Marat Karimov, as well as specialists of potato and vegetable farms. The event is organized by the leading potato producer in the Moscow region - LLC "Dmitrov vegetables".
Within the framework of the exhibition, a meeting was held with the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region Sergey Voskresensky. The parties discussed the issues of trade turnover between the two regions, the purchase of seed material by farms and discussed state support for agricultural producers.
An exhibition in the open field is a platform for industry professionals. It covers the entire chain, starting with the selection of potato varieties, equipment and technologies for planting, growing and harvesting, cleaning, transportation, loading, processing and storage of vegetables. Also, guests of the exhibition examined the machines produced by the Grimm company and took part in a demo display of these machines.
During the celebration, anyone could take part in a high-speed potato peeling tournament, and other quizzes and contests on the topic of potato growing.
