The issue of supporting farming and development of rural territories of Tatarstan was discussed in Kazan
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov took part in a round table meeting. Event topic: "Support of farming and development of rural territories of Tatarstan".
The moderator of the round table was the rector of the Russian University of Cooperation, deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Alsu Nabieva. The round table was also attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Ildar Gilmutdinov, Chairman of the Association of Farmers and Peasant Farmsteads of the Republic of Tatarstan Kamiyar Baytemirov, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Grain Producers of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Nikiforov, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Nuriyev, head of the Mamadysh district Anatoly Ivanov, head of the Vysokogorsky district Rustam Kalimullin and farmers.
Rural support is a complex task, which includes not only the implementation of direct measures to support farmers, subsidies, but also the creation of a system of social support for villagers, as well as the improvement of the quality of life in rural areas. Within the framework of the round table, topical problems and development directions were discussed in the following areas:
- Implementation of programs to support farming in Tatarstan;
- Programs of support and social guarantees for villagers;
- Development of employment in rural areas, creation of jobs;
- Infrastructure development of rural areas – construction of facilities in socially significant areas (health, education), creation of a comfortable environment.
"Every fourth resident of the republic lives in rural areas, small forms are represented by more than 450 thousand personal plots, 4 thousand farms. Tatarstan has developed an integral system of their support, dozens of programs for the development of entrepreneurship and social development of the village. The main task is to increase the attractiveness of rural labor, " Marat Zyabbarov stressed.
He also focused on a number of programs and measures to support the rural population. In turn, Kamiyar Baytemirov complained that state support for the villagers is decreasing. The minister replied:
- Every year we carefully consider the money financing. For some programs, funding is decreasing, for others it is increasing, we are trying to maintain a balance. If we take the financing of agriculture as a whole, we believe that considerable amounts are being allocated.
Following the results of the event, a public list of proposals was formed on behalf of Tatarstan farmers to the people's program "United Russia" in the direction of rural development.
