A key to a happy life
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Pestrechinsky municipal district. During the trip, he handed over the keys to the new home to 5 happy families. Five individual houses in the village of Kulayevo were built under the State Program "Integrated Development of rural territories". The construction cost was more than 13 million rubles.
The head of the Pestrechinsky municipal District, Ilham Kashapov, and the General Director of Fortex LLC, Rauf Gallyamov, also took part in the awarding ceremony.
- Today, one of our main tasks is the development of rural areas and increasing business activity in rural areas. It is important to create decent conditions for people. Significant work to improve the quality of life is carried out within the framework of the implementation of republican programs, " Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov said in his welcoming speech. "I wish you prosperity and happiness in your new, bright and cozy homes".
Last year, out of 50 programs with a total funding of 54.2 billion rubles, 23 programs worth 4.2 billion rubles were implemented in rural areas. In 2021, out of 44 programs with a total funding of 49.8 billion rubles, 19 programs worth 3.2 billion rubles were directed to the village.
At the same time, since 2020, the implementation of a new federal State program "Integrated Development of rural territories" has begun. It provides a comprehensive solution to the problems of rural development: the construction of rural roads, engineering infrastructure, landscaping, social and marketing facilities, etc.
Last year, funding for this program amounted to more than 3 billion rubles, this year it decreased to 1.3 billions. The republic already has a number of projects that, in case of additional funding, are ready to be included in the program.
The Stepanov family has also found its new nest today. Ekaterina has been working as a machine milking operator for more than 13 years, her husband Mikhail works as a stockman. The family has three children.
Today, the new settlers hosted Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov.
"We really like living in the village. Here, the air is different, and the infrastructure is there: kindergartens, schools. I would like our children to be devoted to their native lands," the hostess of the house shared her thoughts.
A huge plus is that these houses can be bought. For 10% of the cost after 5 years of residence and for 1% of the cost after 10 years. In addition to the cherished keys, refrigerators were presented to each family on behalf of the head of the municipal district.
