At the international agro – industrial exhibition "Agrovolga-2021", a modernized sprinkler machine "Kazanka" was presented
From July 1 to July 3, 2021, one of the key events of the country's agricultural industry - the International Agro-industrial Exhibition "Agrovolga-2021" was held on the territory of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.
The event became a platform for discussing a wide range of issues of agricultural development, as well as demonstrating the latest products and technologies.
For irrigation of agricultural crops at the site near the exhibition, a reclamation network was designed, built and successfully launched in the spring by the system of JSC Tatmelioration and the Federal State Budgetary Institution Tatmeliovodkhoz Management during the winter period.
The implemented project includes the construction of an artificial reservoir, two water wells, an energy supply system, a modern pumping station, as well as a pipeline network that allows to organize irrigation with different types of sprinklers, including drum-and-reel type of various modifications to modern circular wide-span irrigation systems "Kazanka" produced in Tatarstan.
The artificial irrigation system in the conditions of an abnormal drought this year allowed us to get friendly shoots and form a biological crop on the experimental plots of the exhibition. Thanks to the reclamation system, the exhibitors were able to demonstrate the advantages of individual elements of cultivation technologies and the maximum genetic potential of agricultural varieties, to exclude their dependence on the natural moisture supply of the growing season and other natural and climatic conditions.
At the exhibition, a modernized sample of a wide-reach sprinkler machine of Tatarstan production "Kazanka", which is produced by the Kazan Irrigation Equipment Plant, was presented in the field. The plant's products have been working in the fields of the republic for the fifth year now, and have shown themselves as a reliable partner of farmers. At the same time, the cost of domestic cars is 30% lower.
The exposition of meliorators was visited by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The head of the republic was shown a new model of a sprinkler machine and a remote control system for the reclamation system. Rustem Sungatullin, General Director of the Tatmelioration Trust Company, spoke about the features of the modernized machine and expressed gratitude on behalf of agricultural producers to the leadership of the republic for significant support of land reclamation. Federal and republican targeted programs allow farms to compensate 70 % of the costs of land reclamation development. In recent years, within the framework of existing programs, more than 30 thousand hectares of irrigated land have been built and restored in the republic.
The Head of the republic highly appreciated the work of the meliorators of the region and noted the special importance of the industry for Tatarstan and need for further development of land reclamation.
Within the framework of the business program of the section "Crop Production", the director of the FSBI "Management "Tatmeliovodkhoz" Mars Hismatullin made a report. He introduced the forum participants to the programs implemented on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on land reclamation, as well as in the field of development of an adaptive landscape system of agriculture and restoration of soil fertility. It was noted that over the past 2020, the divisions of the Tatmelioration system carried out construction work on more than 128 reclamation facilities, including 4 large federal reclamation facilities with a total area of 2,270 hectares with a total cost of 270 million rubles under the federal program. Projects for the reconstruction of 6 inter-farm irrigation systems on an area of more than 3 thousand hectares were developed.
In general, within the framework of targeted programs, more than 6.2 thousand hectares of irrigated land were put into operation in 2020, which is 80% higher than in 2019 and is a record figure for the last 5 years. Also, 87 thousand hectares of acidic soils have been cultivated in the region. In 2020, reclamation units carried out design, construction and installation works for more than 2.3 billion rubles.
Recall that Tatarstan is a region of risky agriculture, where atmospheric droughts are repeated more often and alternate with rare rainy years. In these conditions, agricultural production cannot do without complex land reclamation. Reclamation measures allow you to fully or significantly compensate for the decrease in yield.
