Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the keys to the car counters to the divisions of the Tatpotrebsoyuz at the exhibition "Agrovolga – 2021"
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is visiting the exhibition "Agrovolga – 2021" today. The event takes place on the territory of the Kazan Expo MFC (Bolshye Kabany village).
Rustam Minnikhanov is accompanied by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Chairman of the Board of Tatpotrebsoyuz Rashat Shaimardanov.
Before the exhibition, the President of Tatarstan handed over the keys to the car counters to the divisions of the Tatpotrebsoyuz.
He stressed that this service is in demand among the villagers. Therefore, special importance is attached to trade activities, and measures are also being taken to strengthen the material and technical base of the Tatpotrebsoyuz.
"These areas have great prospects, and they should be supported," said Rustam Minnikhanov. "I thank everyone who works in the consumer cooperation system for their great work." Rustam Minnikhanov noted that consumer cooperation should be supported at the state level, as well as by the heads of municipal districts. "In modern conditions, this system does not work without the support of the heads," he said. - An entrepreneur will provide a service only if there is income and prospects. And sparsely populated areas, remote areas- these are in the consumer cooperation. We know how the system works, and therefore the Government of the republic supports the consumer cooperation system."
"Today we are handing over the keys to 18 car counters, and this makes it possible to deliver essential goods to those localities where we either do not have or have limited trade," Rustam Minnikhanov said.
The President of Tatarstan also congratulated everyone on the upcoming holiday- the Day of the Cooperator (International Day of Cooperation-03.07.2021). He also recalled that this year is special, since the 105th anniversary of the Tatpotrebsoyuz is celebrated in 2021.
"This year is special – 105 years of the consumer cooperation system," said Rustam Minnikhanov. - The foundations that were laid by our predecessors must be preserved. Today I wish you all success."
Recall that the car stalls are designed to provide services to the rural population living in remote areas of the republic. Today, almost a quarter of Tatarstan residents (23%) live in rural areas.
