They were accompanied by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov.

Svetlana Barsukova, General Director of Agrosila, noted that the main values for the holding are sustainable development, careful attitude to the land and creation of healthy food products.

"In our work, we bring the quality of each product to the standard, comply with the standards of lean production and strive for a single goal by introducing innovative technologies into production processes. Together, this allows to constantly improve the quality of products, minimize costs and provide competitive prices. This approach allowed the holding to become one of the largest producers of halal products, to enter the top five sugar producers, the top twenty largest landowners in the country and the top 10 poultry enterprises. To date, the holding annually produces 124 thousand tons of poultry meat, 1.2 million tons of sugar beet, 560 thousand tons of leguminous crops, bringing the revenue to $680 million and directing $48 million to investment projects, " Svetlana Barsukova said.

The investment projects presented by the holding are expected to be commissioned in 2021-2022. These are the reconstruction of the Naberezhnye Chelny elevator ($5.9 million), the production of cheeses ($18.8 million), the production line of semi-finished products from poultry meat ($4.5 million), the commissioning of a complex for 4,500 heads of dairy herd ($21 million), the modernization of a sugar factory ($5.9 million), as well as the production of fertilizers from chicken droppings ($9 million).

Speaking about the "field-counter" principle, Svetlana Barsukova noted that Agrosila is the only holding company in Russia that has created its own food cluster, where enterprises use each other's products and bring high-quality and healthy products to the market. Agrosila annually collects 330 thousand tons of grain from the fields, produces 290 thousand tons of mixed feed, which is supplied to farms, 97 thousand tons of raw poultry meat products and 49 thousand tons of deep processing, 265 types of products, including 96 halal standards. The same principle is applied in the livestock sector, where more than 10 thousand people are employed. 400 types of products produced by the holding are sold daily in 10 thousand points of sale, more than 40 branded stores and 6 distribution and wholesale centers.
