Marat Zyabbarov: The main task in rural areas is to preserve jobs and attract qualified specialists
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Alkeevsky district. He was accompanied by the head of the district Alexander Nikoshin.
Immediately upon arrival in Alkeevo, he got acquainted with the conditions of keeping dairy cows and young cattle of LLC "Khuzangaevskoe". The company is engaged in crop production, meat and dairy farming, processing of crop production and milk. The area of farmland in the district is 21,140 ha, including 19,366 ha of arable land.
A dairy complex consisting of 6 buildings for 3,600 head of cattle and 10 milking parlors equipped with Delaval milking equipment has been built on the territory. In winter, the meat complex contains Herefords and Aberdeens. The number of cattle today is 4 558 heads, including 3 134 heads of dairy cows.
Most of the milk produced is processed at our own dairy plant. It produces butter and 6 types of cheeses with taste of melted milk. It processes 50 tons of milk per day.
For the processing of crop production in LLC "Khuzangaevskoe" they built a cereal shop, which produces 7 types of cereals: barley, pearl barley, wheat, millet, buckwheat, whole peas and crushed with a production volume of up to 4 tons per day. The company also has a line for packing cereals in bags of 800 grams with a capacity of 4,000 packages per day.
