In Tatarstan, certificates were awarded to the winners of the "Farm Grant" competition
Today, the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Rosselkhozbank" Boris Listov and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Oksana Lut held a ceremony of awarding cash certificates to the winners of the Farm Grant competition among the students who were trained at the Kazan State Agrarian University under the Farmer's School program.
The winners were Alexander Pavlov with a project for the development of dairy cattle breeding from the Vysokogorsky district, Elena Nigmatzyanova - poultry farming from the Laishevsky district and Gulnaz Shchukina from the Kaibitsky district - with a project for meat cattle breeding.
"In the process of establishing an economy, you have to learn a lot and constantly. "This year I read about the Farmer's School and decided to take part in the project. I passed the selection and was among the listeners. As a result of training, I acquired veterinary skills and knowledge of agronomy, became a machine operator and I'm not going to stop there, "said Alexander Pavlov, a graduate of the Farmer's School.
The solemn event in Tatarstan was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov, Rector of Kazan State Agrarian University Ayrat Valiev and Deputy Director of the Tatarstan branch of JSC Rosselkhozbank Vasily Mullin.
In Tatarstan, the project "Farmer's School" was implemented for the first time. Training in the "Dairy and meat cattle breeding" and " Poultry Farming " was held at the Kazan State Agrarian University with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatarstan branch of JSC"Rosselkhozbank". "Farmer's School" showed a good result.
Within two months, the participants received theoretical and practical knowledge. They studied legal aspects of doing business, accounting and reporting, product certification, foreign experience of farming, methods of effective sales, improved financial literacy, made a business plan and successfully presented it, studied branding and promotion, launching an advertising campaign, creating a website and mobile applications, working with federal and regional retail chains, access to electronic trading platforms, including the marketplaces of Rosselkhozbank "Svoye Rodnoye" and "Svoye Fermstvo". Theoretical knowledge was consolidated in practical classes at farms, at the advanced agricultural enterprises of the republic.
