Agricultural insurance is a real opportunity for agricultural producers to take stable activities
This was announced today at a meeting by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Raphael Fattakhov, Head of the Department of Agricultural Development Irek Sadykov, representatives of banks, regional agricultural administrations, investors and other responsible persons.
During the meeting, Irek Sadykov spoke about the innovations in the law on agricultural insurance with state support.
Now the insurance takes into account the following indicators:
-The share of the insured amount from the insured value must be at least 70%
-Mandatory unconditional deductible of at least 10% and not more than 50% of the insured amount
-You can insure the risks from 25 natural phenomena. It is possible to choose a set of risks.
From March 1, 2019, the thresholds for crop loss and planting of perennial plantings are excluded.
At the end of his speech, he noted active areas and investors who insure risks from natural disasters. These are: Arsky, Baltasinsky, Vysokogorsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kukmor, Laishevsky, Nizhnekamsk, Novosheshminsky, Spassky, Cheremshansky and Chistopolsky districts, as well as KV Agro, AgroInvest Management Company LLC, Chistopolskaya AF LLC, Bio-Agro LLC, Prodprogram Agro-Industrial Complex LLC and Ratsin JSC.

The meeting ended with an analysis of the situation on the monitoring of sprayers in the regions of the republic and fire safety at the objects of the agro-industrial complex.
It should be noted that the service for monitoring sprayers was created in order to increase productivity and control the frequency of treatment of fields with sprayers. Farms that connect to the system will receive an increased coefficient of state support.
And from April 17, 2021, agricultural producers brought to justice for non-compliance with the ban on burning dry grassy vegetation, stubble, and crop residues in 2020 will be deprived of subsidies in 2021.
