News from the fields: sowing of spring grain crops is carried out by farmers of the republic
This year brings farmers a lot of weather surprises. But farmers try to manage work in a given mode. The task is same for everyone – to successfully complete the sowing campaign and achieve a high yield.
According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, today the dynamics of sowing of spring crops is 1277.8 thousand hectares, of which spring and grain crops are 898.3 thousand hectares, spring grains - 898.3 thousand hectares, spring wheat - 322.7 thousand hectares, barley - 419.9 thousand hectares, sugar beet - 48.3 thousand hectares. Sowing of these crops is carried out by farmers of all districts.
Sugar beet was sown on an area of 48.3 thousand hectares (98%), this work is carried out by farmers of 11 districts - Apastovsky, Bugulminsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Zainsky, Kaibitsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Sarmanovsky, Tetyushsky and Tukayevsky districts.
Buckwheat is sown by farmers of Aksubaevsky, Alekseevsky and Chistopol districts. Farmers of the Buinsky district started sowing spelt. Farmers of 31 districts started sowing sunflower seeds.
A good rate of work on sowing mustard is observed in Aksubaevsky, Aktanyshsky, Almetyevsky, Apastovsky, Atninsky, Bavlinsky, Buinsky, Elabuga, Zainsky, Leninogorsk, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Menzelinsky, Nizhnekamsk, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Sarmanovsky, Spassky and Tukaevsky districts. To date, this crop has been sown on an area of 17,524 hectares.
Farmers of 6 districts of Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Apastovsky, Buinsky, Spassky and Chistopolsky districts started sowing soybeans.
Potatoes are planted by farmers of Agryzsky, Aksubayevsky, Alekseevsky, Arsky, Bavlinsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Laishevsky, Mamadyshsky, Menzelinsky, Sabinsky, Tukayevsky and Cheremshansky districts.
Vegetables are planted by farmers of Alekseevsky, Apastovsky, Buinsky, Elabuga, Mamadysh, Menzelinsky and Cheremshansky districts.
Farmers of 8 districts of Aktanyshsky, Bugulminsky, Mamadyshsky, Menzelinsky, Nizhnekamsk, Novosheshminsky, Sabinsky and Chistopolsky districts started sowing flax.
